POMEGRANATE * CACAO * PINK PEPPERCORN

Intrigued to uncover the potential of the Mission vines on the Estate, we embarked on a bit of an exploration of this varietal in our early tastings, and we were inspired to make two expressions of Mission: one still, one sparkling. The effervescence of this bottling lifts the wild and rustic aromatics of the Mission fruit into a wine that is both elegantly complex and satisfyingly savory. We couldn’t choose between the still and sparkling wines and are excited to share both exclusively with the SVS. 

We recommend serving this wine chilled.
